«Primorie Residence» lobby was conceived not as a grand transitional space, but as the guest’s first encounter with the hotel intimate, almost personal. There is none of the usual distance of a hotel lobby; instead, it feels like a private place you have been invited into. Part salon, part book club, it is a space that makes you want to linger without needing a particular reason. Its boutique character grows out of precisely this feeling - not conspicuous luxury, but an attention to proportion, materials, objects, and, above all, the guest. The interior is shaped around the human experience, not around scale.
