The “Novikov School” is the largest culinary education project in the country. “Novikov School” houses a modern culinary school, where leading chefs from Russia and abroad teach cooks of every level (from beginners to professional cooks), a restaurant management school and a cozy cafe. This complex project developed in collaboration with “GretaProject” consisted of three main stages: the main space of the culinary school, the confectionery hall and the business school.

Even though the kitchen area in the main space is equipped with the latest professional appliances, the interior has a cozy atmosphere of a dining room. Warm soft lighting, a chandelier of white “ladles”, comfy sofas in the window niches, wooden floor and stucco moldings set up a perfect mood for long and tasty meals accompanied by friendly conversation.
The school houses four different cooking areas: the central one for workshops and chef dining, the second one for beginners and amateurs, the professional one and confectionery hall equipped for pastry chefs’ courses. The system of sliding partitions make it possible to easily transform the space to create perfect conditions for each single event. Overall the school is capable to host an event with up to 80 participants.
The beginners’ kitchen interior with ornamented floor and walls decorated with culinary sketch create a perky mood that will help everyone to find their own "chef" vein. Traditional for professional kitchens sleek white walls and stainless steel in the professional workshop area are a perfect fit to the lessons conducted here. The management school space equipped with a projector and a separate wardrobe easily adapts to an event of any format including conferences, presentations, strategic sessions or team building. All “Novikov school” interiors have one common feature: a deep wine color which has become the main color for all the kitchen cabinets as well as an element of corporate identity.
